Since 2022, Ana served as both a voting member of the Board of Directors and the designated legal representative of the Greek branch of HVB Gessellschaft fur Gebaude mbH & Co, a public limited company registered in Germany and a wholly owned subsidiary of UniCredit Bank AG.
In this role, she supported audit and compliance functions, as well as real estate asset management activities. Ana played a key role in the 2023 spin-off process, overseeing risk management, Legal compliance, and stakeholder communication during the transition to the renamed local entity, HVB PROJEKT GmbH.
She developed and executed strategies to safeguard the financial objectives of the institution, including the disposal of all outstanding branch liabilities, real estate assets, and service agreements. As of 2025, Ana continues to support UniCredit Bank GmbH in the controlled dissolution of the local branch, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and strategically aligned closure process.
Committed to board-level governance, Ana pursued her knowledge by completing a distance learning certification in Board Practice and Directorship Development from Henley Business School. Ana has been recognized as an influential CEO by various outlets and received numerous nominations and awards for her exceptional expertise and market leadership at prestigious international awards ceremonies.
She has also been a featured speaker at the Nurnberg and Delphi Economic Forums. As a member of the CEO Club. Ana has completed several masterclasses focused on Neuroscience and Leadership.

In 2020, she set her goal to become a distinguished member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), aiming to further advance her expertise and contribute meaningfully to the industry. Within a few months, she successfully completed the rigorous assessment, demonstrating her technical competence, ethical conduct, and sound professional judgement.
