Key projects that highlight Ana's expertise include:
International Broadcasting Centre (IBC) Privatization PPP Deal: Ana led the team that completed Greece's first privatization public-private partnership (PPP) deal, transforming the IBC into the high-end shopping center, Golden Hall. Acting as a trusted partner for the Greek State, Ana provided strategic consulting that enabled the State to accept the bidder's financial offer in the tender. She also ensured frequent reporting to the European Commission Board of Troika within the required timelines.
Hellenikon Privatization Project: Ana was engaged in providing real estate consulting services to Elbit Cochin Island. one of the competing foreign bidders for the Hellenikon project. Spanning over 6.5 million sqm of prime beachfront area, the Hellenikon project is one of the largest investment ventures worldwide.
Athens Stock Exchange Complex: Ana advised on the sale of all office building of 12.000 sqm above ground area within the Athens Stock Exchange Complex between the German fund KanAm Ground and OPAP S.A.
Canadian Embassy Headquarters: Leading an international team of advisors from the Embassy of Canada in Athens, Ana successfully facilitated the purchase of the embassy’s new headquarters and sale of former Embassy Building.
Serbian Market: As the lead principal, Ana secured the largest retail transaction in Serbia at a value of 200 million Euros.
Ernst & Young (EY): Ana led the team that advised EYs global and local real estate teams on the relocation of their 13,000 sqm new Gold Leed Certified office headquarters in Athens via a green pre-lease. Ana further assisted EY in restructuring their lease agreement at the current premises in order to build flexibility and ensure smooth transition into their new property.
